Pricing and currency
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final total are shown at checkout. Product prices and availability may change before an order is placed.
Product presentation
We work to keep product information accurate. Fragrance manufacturers may update packaging, bottles, labels, or formulations. Images are illustrative, and the item received may have updated packaging while remaining the product and size ordered.
Order review
Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, address accuracy, stock availability, quantity limits, and fraud prevention. If we cannot fulfil an item after payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards and encrypted website connections where supported. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not email passwords or full payment-card numbers.
